We consider the Meri Lou recreation center to be one of the premier club badminton institutions in south east Michigan.

The facility offers excellent amenities and a great atmosphere to enjoy the sport of badminton. In fact, the group of members using the gym for badminton outnumbers other sports like basketball and volleyball.

Despite some friendly competition on the court we believe that the sport is a good avenue to meet new people and make friends. We often have social events like pot-luck and picnics to establish this further.
